Chimay Premiere Malt 7%
Also known as Chimay Rouge (red cap). Brewed at the Abbaye de Scourmont, Premiere is a copper-colored Trappist ale with rich malt tones in the nose; initially malty to the palate, a hint of sweetness in the middle gives way to a tart finish and lingering hoppy, spicy aftertaste.

Chimay Bleu (Blue Cap) 9%
A dark amber Trappist ale with a rosy, woody nose. Quite sweet, especially when young; starts malty, robust in the middle with a tart, spicy finish and long complex aftertaste.

Chimay Blanche (White Cap) 8%
Also known asTripel (330ml) and Cinq Cents (750 ml, bottle-conditioned);an unfiltered Trappist ale,Chimay Blanche is orange-amber in colour with a malty citrus nose; starts slightly sweet developing a substantial middle and a dry finish.

Duvel 8.5%
A Belgian Golden Ale; considered by some to have the characteristics of a Trippel. "Duvel" - Flemish for "devil", lives up to its name - its strength is belied by its pale appearance, (due to the base-malt being steamed not kilned) and clean taste. A malty start makes way for discrete fruity esters and a pithy tang. Finishes slightly grainy with some residual spiciness and dextrous notes.
